Developed a fully realized activation deck within 24 hours to support a Los Angeles pop-up concept during the release window of Yeats Aftërlyfe Album (Billboard 200 #4 debut, ~54K first week).
Designed for immediate production handoff, the deck translated album aesthetics into a physical pop-up experience.
